How does Kara Wash work?

You book in the app, and our team comes to your home or office to wash your car right where it’s parked. You don’t even need to be there, just make sure the car is accessible on wash day.

Where do you operate?

Across Gaborone, residential areas like Phakalane, Broadhurst / Block 5, Upper G-West and CBD / Block 8, plus major workplaces including government ministries, banks, business parks and shopping centres. Not sure if we reach you? Just ask.

Question 3

Do I need to provide water or power?

No. We arrive fully equipped, we even bring our own water. If you’d prefer we use your tap, you’ll save P20 on every wash.

How much does a wash cost?

A one-off wash is P149 per car. Monthly plans start at P270 (2 washes) and P506 (4 washes). See the Plans page for the full breakdown.

What if I have more than one car?

Add them all to one booking. Every extra car parked at the same address takes P30 off, we wash them all in a single trip.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, right in the app. Reschedule for free up to 12 hours before your slot. One-off washes can be cancelled up to 24 hours ahead for a full refund.

Question 7

Do you wash on Sundays?

We wash Monday to Saturday. The first wash starts at 8:00 and the last begins at 16:30. No Sunday washes, our team deserves a day off too.

What about my dogs?

Just let us know when you book. The team will approach your gate carefully and give your dogs their space.
